Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Business days do not include weekends or Japanese public holidays.
Delivery Time

- Japan: Approximately 1–2 business days after shipment
- International: Approximately 2–7 business days after shipment

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via UPS or DHL, depending on the destination and shipping method.
Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other taxes imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
EU Orders (IOSS Notice)
We are not registered for the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS).
For orders shipped to the European Union, VAT, customs duties, and handling or clearance fees imposed by local authorities are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery.
Customs Delays
Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete.
We are not responsible for delivery failures or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us due to refusal, non-payment of customs duties, or failure to receive the package, reshipping fees or cancellation fees may apply.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided when available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us via the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments).
We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide appropriate assistance.
